Molly Burdette, LPCC, is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at PATH Therapy Services in Youngstown, Ohio. She provides individual counseling for adolescents and adults, creating a warm, supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Molly has dedicated more than 25 years of her career to helping people successfully navigate life's transitions. Her professional background in counseling, higher education, and student success provides her with a unique understanding of the challenges people face during periods of change. Throughout her career, she has worked with adolescents and adults experiencing academic, career, relationship, and personal transitions, supporting individuals as they managed stress, overcame obstacles, explored identity and purpose, and built confidence in their ability to move forward. She is passionate about helping clients recognize their strengths, discover new possibilities, and create lives that reflect their values and goals.
Molly earned her Master of Science in Education in Community Counseling, Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership, and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Youngstown State University. She is committed to lifelong learning and providing compassionate, individualized, evidence-based care that empowers clients to achieve personal growth and lasting well-being.
When she's not meeting with clients, Molly enjoys spending time with her husband, four children, and four grandchildren. She loves traveling, reading, attending concerts, and spending time at Geneva-on-the-Lake, where she enjoys relaxing by the water and making memories with family and friends. These experiences remind her of the importance of connection, balance, and finding moments of joy, which are values she brings into her work with every client.
