PATH Therapy Services was founded on a shared commitment to supporting the Youngstown community through compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. Leading that mission is Eric, a lifelong educator and community leader with over 30 years of service in local schools, athletics, and public advocacy. As Chairman of the Poland Township Board of Trustees and former President of the Mahoning County Mental Health and Recovery Board, Eric has dedicated his career to promoting education, addiction awareness, and recovery initiatives across the Valley. Alongside Eric, our team brings diverse experience across healthcare, wellness, and business. Jake, a mental health researcher and future physician, helped launch PATH to bridge clinical science with accessible community care. Alan contributes decades of leadership in brand development and wellness operations, most recently helping build one of Ohio’s fastest-growing health and recovery networks. Patrick adds expertise in finance and franchise development, channeling his personal commitment to addiction recovery into expanding access to wellness services.
